In this class assignment, I developed a comprehensive brand identity for "helpgrow," an online plant retailer with a mission to support plant parents in cultivating healthy, thriving plants. A fusion of the words "help" and "grow," the name encapsulates the company's dedication to providing both expert guidance and high-quality products to facilitate successful plant care.

The logo for helpgrow features a simple leaf, symbolizing growth and vitality. In the wordmark, the font was manipulated to extend certain aspects of the letters (such as the ‘r’ reaching into the ‘o’), creating a cohesive and unified visual identity. Using a monochrome green color palette adds a clean and modern touch, ensuring the logo is versatile and easily recognizable. The monochrome scheme also emphasizes simplicity and clarity, aligning with the brand’s practical and supportive ethos.

The essential design of the helpgrow website features a streamlined navigation bar at the top with links to the homepage, plant care (with a drop-down menu featuring categories such as watering, fertilizing, lighting, and pest control), plants (with a drop-down menu featuring indoor plants, outdoor plants, and accessories), blog, about us, FAQ, a quick link to the cart, and a login page.

The homepage highlights recent blog posts with titles, short excerpts, and links to read more. Additionally, the Home page provides quick links to new arrivals, staff favorites, plant care tips, and the about us page, ensuring users can easily navigate to popular sections.
